GPU-Z not showing right clock speeds?

Im OCing my 280 and gpu-z is displaying the core clock at 400MHz and the memory clock at 300MHz. i have no idea why it has started doing this, it normally only does it when something is clocked to high and the gpu drops all of its clocks to that speed for safety. in rivatuner i have my core at 747MHz and memory at 1151MHz.

Anyone know what i can do?

I would restart my pc but im half way through ripping a dvd that still has 3hrs left

thanks but i know its not that because it has never happened before.
Im gonna wait until this dvd has finnished ripping and try a restart.....but thats in 2hrs 47mins o.0
