GPU-Z works fine for me, but when I overclock my GPU even by 1 mhz and load GPU-Z up the computer just gives me a black screen and crashes, and I have to reboot.

This has happened with my x1800xt, x1900gt, and x1900xt 512mb....I have uninstalled drivers, used driver sweeper...and all my overclocks are 100% stable.

Is this only happening to me?
 
gpu-z is quite an unstable tool atm. usualy works fine whenthe machineis freshly booted, but if i run afetr machine has been in use , its just sits in the background without showing its window and eventually freezes the machine .
