Hey Guys,

I finished watercooling my system last night, the loop itself works fine with no leaks.

This morning I've plugged everything back in and fired it up. Orange light stays on the monitor as if it's not recognising the GPU, I am running SLI GTX 580 so tried the other card and exactly the same. I can't imagine I've knackard both cards plus I've watercooled before. Fans didn't work even when testing loop before plugging in motherboard.

Also non of the fans are working on the fan controller, they were all working before. If I plug just 2 fans in they work, plug more in and they all stop. I tried another fan controller and the same thing.

I'm lost as to what's up with it.

Spec

Intel i7 2600k
SLI GTX 580
Corsair Dominator 8GB Ram
ASUS P8P67 Pro Motherboard
XPS RX360 and 240 Rads
Gentle Typhoon Fans (5)

Any ideas guys?

Thanks,
Dave

I know I shouldn't but I unplugged all fans from the controller, booted the pc and while the pc was in windows plugged them in one by one and they all worked fine.

Shut down pc and started up again with them still plugged in and nn are working.

I've turned fan speed to max with manual nobs.
I've tried spin them when running computer
I unplugged pump for a second and booted
Tried different cable

It works when only 2 fans are running but anymore than that it's no go. Seems it's overloading which is odd for a 6 fan controller or generally not getting enough juice through to fire them all up.
