I'm waiting on a 4090 but I have no intention of paying any more than mrsp. Nvidia even announced a price reduction yet I see no UK company actually reducing prices. Why? :/
NVIDIA has made no price cut, 4090FE is still $1599
Any price changes in U.K. / EU are down to exchange rates.
Well, that and the fact that you slapped £250 extra margin on top of that Gainward 4090 that you were selling for £1650 after just 24 hours.. And now you've slashed it from over £1900 to just £1800..NVIDIA has made no price cut, 4090FE is still $1599

Yep, it was pretty much the same with Gibbo's prices yesterday of the non-X AMD 7000 CPUs - you can still buy the full-fat X versions for what OCUK plans to sell the non-X's for! Greed is getting silly. Some competitors got same rtx 4090 cards some as much £400+ cheaper. Single digit profits? Hhmmm. Shop around peeps and comon OCUK *shakes head* you can do better
You know what salesmen are likeHe thinks we're daft...

Im not sure on the exact rules/laws but OCUK have some dodgy sales practices where price has been jacked up and literally days later "big savings" deals hhmmmm "no!" For most on the forum we dont fall for it but average consumers likely will.Doesn't a price have to be that price for 30 days, to be classed as a reduced sale item?

It would seem that the widespread looking rather than purchasing is having the desired effect.I have noticed the particular model i was looking at suddenly dropped by £300 today with no mention of savings. Least its going in right direction
