Anyone know how to at the download speed? Each time I use it, it maxes out my download speed and I can hardly browse the web at the same time.

U can't with grab it but checkout running a standalone proxy server that allows speed restriction.

Proxy might be the wrong term for this software But something like this http://bandwidthcontroller.com/trafficShaperXp.html

And no I haven't test that.

Grabit's good but lacks many features like this, and not being able to pause individual files in the queue. Sabnzdb is a good free alternative worth checking out, that has a speed throttler.
