ok, my BFG 8800's have been watercooled for a long time, so they have been nice and snug warm :)

ive started to notice though, im having to de clock them every now and then cos i keep getting crashes in games and odd artifacts here and there, that only go away if i de clock them slightly.

are they on there way out? should i RMA them both just to make sure?

If you are declocking them from stock speeds then yes. If not, no warranty if they won't run overclocked.

done the above, same thing, just not as much, and i HAD them overclocked, but for the sake of science, i started to test if i put it back to defaults and hazaaaa... no change, so i declocked more, tested single gpu and still the same just not as much.

i seriously think the cards have cancer or something :( poor beggers, lasted me for so long. doubt they even make the same ones.

The sad thing is if they don't have any they will send you a pair of 9800gtx. Some people might view that as been a downgrade due to the reduced memory and memory bus.

Yep since no more 8800GTX cards are made they'll probably get replaced with 2x 9800GTX cards.
