Does anyone know if you can use the card you collect points on to put towards online purchases? Cannot for the life of me find this out

Can you not activate / log in to your card here and then use them?

I can activate a new card but as my card was given in shop there is no email address tied to it and there dosnt seem to be a way to tie a current card to my account
