Grammar- comma or semicolon?

I believe for the best effect.
"We all end up the same, so; make it worthwhile."

I hope that one is a joke, as it's a total misuse of the semicolon.

Honestly, if you aren't sure about the semicolon then don't use it.

"We all end up the same. Make it worthwhile."

or

"We all end up the same, so make it worthwhile."

While by themselves the statement may seem to fit the semicolon, it's very rocky ground. The two sentences must be related, or fit the same purpose, so the context of the wider piece is key. For example:

"We all end up the same; make it worthwhile."

Make what worthwhile? Ending up the same? It doesn't make sense with the subject given in the first half when taken as an independent passage. If it's saying what I think it is, it would need to be something like (at a quick and lazy shot):

"We all end up buried in the same soil; make your time above it worthwhile."

Yet that would be equally as fitting with simply a full stop between.
