Grand Theft Auto 3 mods

Im gona reinstall gta 3 soon as theres a nice looking mod called Real GTA which looks great but the enviroment textures still look pixel washed out looking i.e not high res.

I was wondering if anyone can recommend vital mods for gta 3 or perhaps a great total conversion or major mod to try. I mean is Real GTA the best mod or is there others.

Real gta 3 is rather good, the quality of the cars is awsome considering the engine used for the game. Textures are high res and the road is very detailed like SA. The palm trees from VC makes the game even better. Snowy if ** reading its well worth replaying with this mod.
