Ah Star Engine. I googled for new updates on Star Engine and watched 24 mins of Star Engine 2023 tech demo, it is mind blow and put Starfield's Creation Engine 2 to shame.

But it did not supported ray tracing yet, they will plan to add hardware Ray Traced Global Ilumination in future update.

Star Engine is based on modified CryEngine 3.8.

Yea it looks really good that engine.

Kinda wished GTA could render planet earth and where able to explore the whole planet basically. GTA style

It would be nice but extremely unlikely. Rockstar have done very well out of staggering releases and I can’t see them changing it. GTA 5 is a modders dream and I think they will want everyone to play there version GTA6 for a year before unleashing it to the PC community.

I remember having to buy a PlayStation for GTA 5 so much pulling power the game has. I can see me watching the trailer and thinking the same again

I wont be tricked into getting it on consoles. i will wait until it comes out on pc

'having to buy' :D

TBF I cannot think of any game bar maybeeeee a new Fallout or Elder Scrolls that would make me consider buying a console just for it. In the past it would have been a Final Fantasy but they've gone to **** so nothing now realy.

Edit: Tell a lie, any new MArio game but I always felt having a PC + Nintendo <x> was always the perfect setup.

The last one, I got it on Xbox 360, then Xbox one and then on pc. I did get the disk versions so sold them each time so did not cost that much. I will not be doing that this time as I don’t want any more consoles.
