Graph and Table Software

I am looking for some software that will allow me to create fancy looking graphs and save them in an image format. Not particularly interested in animated ones but just something that looks nicer than what excel coughs up! I am also looking for something similar for making nice looking tables which I can save as images. Money is not a big issue, any suggestions?

Someone must have a little experience with this, more interested in the table to be honest as Excel 2010 gives you a lot of customisation to make your graphs look good.
