Hi my graphic card is a MSI 670GTX If there are options for the same graphic settings in game as there is in the Nvidia control panel should I then turn off the settings in the Nvidia Control panel and have all option on in Game?. I have been trying this recently with Bioshock Infinite as there are same option in Nvidia Control panel as there are in game plus more in game. If I turn everything off in the Nvidia control panel then I can have everything on ultra plus all the direct x 11 features and the game is so smooth. Say if I have Ambient Occlusion set to on in the Nvidia control panel and have it set to max in game then the frame rate drops a lot but if I have this off in the control panel it goes very high again. If I have Ambient Occlusion off in the Nvidia control panel but have it on in game then is it still on in game and if I have it turned off in game but on in the Nvidia control panel then is it still on in game. Same with the other option like Antialasing Mode etc.

So if I have one option on in the Nvidia Control panel and one off in game does this make a difference and also the other way round.

I hope you get the question lol.

I think anything that is set in the Nvidia control panel overrides the in game settings. So if AA is off in control panel and on in game, it is still off, thats what i believe anyway.
