Graphic card ID

Hi all, so I've recently built a pc with a Ryzen 3100 and what I thought was an RX 580 but my pc is saying an Rx 5700 xt is installed. However, the card I have looks identical to the Rx 5600 xt linked above. Is there any way I can find out for sure?

Thanks guys I will check with GPU-Z. Mine has 8+6 pin power so could well be an Rx 5700 xt like the pc is saying. If so then that was lucky!

I got it second hand and seems to be working well

Well GPU-Z is saying it's a pulse rx5700 xt so...

I'm getting about 120fps on warzone so happy enough with this set up
