Graphic card rma help

hi people

can anyone tell me how to start the rma process for a gigabyte graphic card, I've been to there site and it says speak to company i brought it from and i got it from overclockers but when i go on there the webnote it asks me for a rma number so im gettin confused how to do it please help.

You can make a thread over here for RMA queries so CS can take a look

You only need to put in the order number for an initial RMA enquiry.
You won't get an RMA number until they get back to you
