Graphic card upgrade info

At the moment i have a ATI radeon X1950 pro what i've seemed to have for a while now and i would like some suggestions on what would be a good upgrade. My budget would be about £140 but thats pushing it.

For that price range theirs the 4850 and 9800 GTX, both are around the same performance, but id get the 4850 as its the cheapest, and will be a massive performance increase also.

Personally, I'd go for the XFX just because its cheaper and its the exact same product. Only difference is warranty.
