Hi guys,

Would like some advice on upgrading my graphics card.
Would like to go SLI, if its worth while doing so on this budget?
Budget of £250-£300
Realy not sure what to get????

Any help would be appreciated...

All other factors being equal, 1 graphics card is better than SLI. SLI is good when you want more power than is available, or when the price is right for 2 cheap cards > 1 expensive card.

Like, are either of these two compatable with my m/b?
BFG GeForce GTX 280 OC 1024MB
BFG GeForce GTX 260 OC MAXCORE 896MB
From the reviews i read the gtx seem to beat the 8800 sli configarations hands down, will this be the case with my set up?
Will my cpu and ram drag down the perfomance of the gtx cards?
Does the power supply need upgrading too?

Overclock that E6600 to 3ghz+, and the current mid-range card of choice is the GTX 260-216.

thats big budget for a gpu i hope u not buying something like 4870x2 on 19" screen
