Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. Hi and welcome to the forums. 
Sadly you are not going to like the answer. These forums are paid for and run by OCUK which means that there is to be no mention of competitors, availablility and pricing elsewhere. If it's not for sale on OCUK then we are not allowed to tell you where they can be purchased. I did a quick search and couldn't find one anywhere so your best bet is probably to pick one up secondhand. If it's for a additional card for crossfire you may be better off selling your current card and getting a faster single card. At least that way you won't get any potential dual card problems such as extra heat, power and driver/game bugs.

I'm afraid you'll struggle to find a 4GB RX 480 anywhere now. They were only made in relatively small numbers and are now out of production. Plus, there is a huge shortage of AMD cards in general at the moment.
