Graphic issues 2080ti INNO3D

Hi,
Had this PC off OC for about 6 months now, 9700k, z390 arous, and a INNO3D 2080ti and all running fine until last night when I started getting graphic issues when in game and sometimes in windows. Tried new and old drivers but still the same problem. It seems when the card gets warm the whole PC locks up and only way is to reboot it. I've also tried formatting and windows 10 reinstall but still the same problem. I've put a ticket in OC's, i'm sure it's

GPU is broken unfortunately. Quite a few reports of this happening with the 2080Ti and I think it's discussed in the owners thread a lot.

Ocuk should take it straight back but don't know with inno3D how quick getting a replacement will be.
 
Yep, unfortunately you have 'Space Invaders' playing across your GPU's memory - as @Finners mentioned it's a known fault with the 20 series. More so with the 2080Ti as the cards are pushed harder.

It lasted 6 months which shows no one should buy the B grade 2080ti's just to save a little bit as the 3 month warranty just isn't long enough
 
If your curious of how long you could be waiting.
I had the same problem with my inno3d card bought from a different retailer not OCUK.
They recieved the card on the 15th of this month and I am still waiting for my replacement card
 
I would have thought it would be quicker with OCUK as I think they have a closer relationship. In any case its from a PC so it will come under the OCUK PC warranty first so I would think OCUK would be quick to act.

They may have had to send it to manufacturer, etc. Saying that I RMA'd mine directly with NVidia which went to Amsterdam and back and this took about 10 days, so thinking about you really should at least have had an update or something by now?

I think anyone buying a GPU for a grand and trying to save a few quid on warranty is mental anyway. Fair enough lower down the scale, but thats just too much of a risk, irrespective of failure rates or not.

Yeh it was sent back to inno3d and on the 17th i was offered a different card which I accepted, i emailed them on the 23rd to see if there was any more progress and was told it hadn't been processed yet on inno's side and it could take 2 weeks or so... so will see

That's a little disappointing, 2 weeks after being offered a different card you are still waiting for a replacement

Yeh it's pretty damn slow to be honest, going to email them again tomorrow see if anythings changed, will definitely factor in what brand I buy next time.
 
IMO once they offered you another card it should be dispatched within a couple of working days

NVidia got my card back on a Tuesday, emailed me on Wednesday and told me it was being shipped on Thursday. Now I know this is different given its NVidia themselves but still isn't great.

more companies need to do what EVGA do and let you pay for another card that gets sent out straight away then refund once they receive the dead card

What if they then come back and say its been repaired or worse still they cant replicate the fault?
 
Its called advanced RMA and as far as I know only EVGA do it, I would think they would be confident the card is dead such as space invaders.
There was a couple of posts regarding it just after the 20 series launched and issues started with the cards

You would think so, contacted them they told me it has still not been processed from inno it can take up to 28 days :/ got a feeling I'm going to have some trouble with this
