Graphic problems with 1900xtx card

Greetings....i'm having a few problems with my sapphire 1900xt-x card...everytime i go to play a video online or in media player...the screen looks like the photos below, also have flashing textures in a few games tried various drivers 6.2/6.3/6.4 etc all the same....does this look like it might be rma time?
Any advice appreciated.

Have you got any screenshots of the flashing textures in games?

Hi ..nope never took a pic of any games...will do so.

You get Windows Media Player 10 from the Microsoft site, that'll fix the videos as i used to get that, but the flashing textures could be a card problem.

Cheers mate...yep media player 10 has fixed the video playback i've been using windows 64 .forgot normal xp o nly had media player 9
The main game i'm having problems with is vivisector, but that may be down to a poorly coded game.
Anyway thanks again...really appreciate your help.
