Graphic problems

Hi guys, not so long ago i done a full system restore and since then i have been facing the below problems...

looking on the controle panel i dont see any issues and all drivers are up to date on the radeon x1650 series card

any idea guys?

Is this Picasso's art?

Does it freeze like that or just ****s up the screen? Try reinstalling Catalyst first.

Woops i forgot to state this happens when on forums with pictures.. ive searched hi and low to solve the problem with no luck!
