Everyone,

I set up a new primary PC, but when I use a DVI cable to connect it to the monitor it shows flashing artefacts on screen.
If I use HDMI on both computers, or if I use DVI on the secondary computer everything is fine.

Monitor: Asus VG248QE
PC #1 (with problems): KFA2 HoF 1070
PC #2 (runs fine): Radeon HD 7970

Is the DVI port on my #1 card busted?

So if you put the 1070 in PC2 and connect it via DVI to the monitor what happens ?

Artifacts ? possible faulty 1070 dvi port

I also suspected it was the DVI port. Will consider RMAing... although it sucks, I just set it up yesterday and wanted to have some fun with it first :/
