Graphical corruption on 8800GTX

Hello guys.

I'm not entirely sure if I'm experiencing corruption or not. I think it is.

I'm running a launch day BFG 8800GTX. The stock cooler has since been replaced by the waterblock.

What's up with the odd-coloured bands? Memory overheating?

maybe.. have you tired inspeccting the cooler and also reinstalling drivers?

Reseated the cooler on the card, reinstalled the drivers (used the January beta drivers this time). I still get the same thing on the CSS splash screen. However, I don't experience any corruption in game.

Mines the same. I'm running a powercolor 3870 so it must be normal.

Even the off-colour horizontal bands? Never noticed them before.

Fired it up earlier and already said it looked the same as yours.
