I've been running the Catalyst 12.8's for Skyrim, but now i'm done with it for a while i've moved back to the 12.10's, and for both driver sets i'm noticing strange artifacts with websites. Games seems to run flawless but there is definitely something weird happening with web pages.
It's hard to explain but, for example, browsing threads on here, as i use the scroll wheel to move the page up and down, the boxes around peoples' responses go blocky. Almost like a chess board but the blocks are smaller and the deformation stops as soon as the scrolling stops. It's also like this when certain web pages are loading; there's almost like a graphical flicker as some pages load, it has caught my attention because it never used to happen. Has anybody else experienced this?
I'm not running the 12.11's because i don't really want to use a beta driver but i have downloaded them and will give it a try.
I've recently upgraded from a 5850 to a 7870, and it never used to happen with the 5850. Every time i switch drivers i use driver sweeper to remove the stubborn files so i'm fairly sure it's not driver related either. I just don't want it to be my 7870, it's not overclocked and nor is the processor.
Any ideas?
EDIT: Am now running the latest betas and the exact same thing is happening. I know it's not an error per se, but it is annoying nonetheless.
