I'm rather undecided on which graphics card to purchase. I originally saved up for a 5090, but after seeing the prices, I've been put off and simply cannot personally justify spending that kind of money on a graphics card.
My current setup is:
My 2080 Super is struggling, so I need to upgrade. I'm viewing this year as a bit of a stop-gap to see what comes next year.
I'm torn between picking up a 5080 and seeing how it goes, or saving a bit of money and getting a 7900 XTX for £700, or possibly the RX 9700 XT. At the moment, I'm leaning towards the 7900 XTX just for the extra VRAM, but if someone thinks I'm being foolish picking up an almost 2-year-old card, I'd like to know!
Games I play are MSFS, Arma Reforger, and Farming Simulator.
