I'm looking to build my first m-itx setup. Specs I'm looking toward,

In-Win BM648 Case with 120W Power Supply
Intel E5200
Zotac 9300-ITX WiFi
2GB OCZ RAM
320GB HDD
DVD-RW Drive

Limited budget but I'm wondering what this could be capable of. I'm struggling to find much about the performance of the Zotac alone. I'm hoping to connect up to a 22 inch HD LCD.

What dedicated GFX card would I need to play ... PES 09/ Fifa 10 etc (presuming the Zotac cant handle it)

I dont think a full size gfx card will fit in that case tbh besides that is the power consumption of one alone could hit the 120W - i dont have one of the Zotac boards however so dont quote me on that :)

I did post a 3dmark score using a q6600 in a zotac, lets see...
edit: the zotac will happily power a 22 inch HD LCD (currently have mine hooked up to a 23" 1980x1080 sammy), and play movies, etc.
Games however, well see the 3dmark score for yourself:
(note though that most integrated chips wont even complete a 3d mark test)
if you wanted to put a dedicated graphics card, you can put a half height one into that case, but I am guessing from my posts trying to keep under 120W is not going to be a walk in the park- change case to a sg05 and have a proper 300W or so ATX power supply.
