I am in the proccess of ordering a new set of kit from OC a dual core amd, MB, 1gb 3200 memmory, 300gb sata HD, case, But with a budeget left of around £50 what PCI express card can you recomend. i am not 3d gameing but mainly Adobe Photoshop work ?

I would buy second-hand with a budget of £50, you will get much better value for money. A used 6600GT or something should easily be in reach of that.
