I haven't opened up the case to investigate - maybe the fan is bust or it needs a clean ?

Temps are as recorded by GPU-Z and rivatuner. They both also say that the fan is on full whack. So am I right in guessing that these temps are no good ?

I'm noticing the card slow down under load > 117C !

What do you guys think ?

Bad temps. Power down PC and remove and clean out dust and reseat video card(s).
If that doesn't work perhaps reinstall drivers. Good luck.

LOL Yes just pulled it out of the machine. The fan hardly moves and has a lovely scorch mark in the middle !

So basically it was running passive - no wonder the PC seemed quiet.

Surprised that it still worked tbh !

I'll see what I can find in my box of tricks - Cheers

You are the living proof that GPUs survive upto 120degrees C. :D
Thanks for the experimental confirmation. :D:D
