pretty sure all AMD/ATI cards do.

Not all of em do, I got an ati hd2400 for it and no such audio device appears in the list.
Audio has come with the cards since the HD3xxx series.
It's a really handy feature too, especially for watching stuff on a big TV and not having to run multiple cables.
