Graphics card BIOS flashing software?

I want to flash the BIOS on my 8800GTX, but i dont have a primitive floppy drive POS.
Sooo is it possible to use a USB Memory stick or memory card? And i read that with Vista you can use software the flash the BIOS within Vista... what software can do this??

And i know i can use a CD with nvFlash, but i want something i can backup my old BIOS with.
