Graphics card bracket/retainer/support?! What are they actually called?

I am sure ive seen a bracket type thing that screws onto the expansion slot hole and prevents larger grpahics card from sagging and bending.
What are these actually called? Or could you link me?

I would have thought they'd be happy to sell them. They must have some in stock, as they go into their pre-built systems, so I think a quick request and they'd put em up.
