Hello All,

I am in the process deciding upon a new Graphics Card, As I have been out of the PC world for a few years im all lost now.

Here are my current specs :

Intel I5 650 running at 3.8ghz
Corsair XMS3 8GB 1600mhz RAM
600w Power Supply/
EVGA GTX550ti 1gb Running 2 monitors.

I have a budget of around £200 can increase it if needs be.

I have been looking at both a 4gb R9 270x and a 2gb GTX770

Which would see me have better performance?

PC is used for games and video capturing/editing.

Cheers for the replies guys,

Is there any particular advantage to different brandings of the various cards?

Or is it merely a case of how they look/what is bundled with it ?

Bit of a bump.

Was chatting to a friend and he has offered me two sapphire radeon r9 270x dual-x oc 2gb cards for £200.

What sort of performance would I see running these in crossfire?

Not born and Bred either, Lincoln initially.

My cpu is an i5 650 running at 3.8ghz. Generally only play CSS, CS GO, BF3/4 and DayZ.

Then when it is out Watchdogs.

I'm in so many different minds, If only I could just buy a Titan or 3 :D
