X1800XT displaying certain shades of blue as green on primary monitor only...

OK, i've got a big problem here. On the primary output of my graphics card (i know this as i've tested both monitors and it's only when connected to this socket that the blue becomes green. It is only certain shades of blue, eg this forum looks green, a murky green. I can't take screenshots as they'd just look normal to you. Someone help me :(

System:
AMD X2 3800+ @ 2.4ghz
DFI LANParty Ultra D
2Gb Corsair XMS3200
Sapphire ATI X1800XT 512
About all that's needed: Both monitors are LG, one is a 915FT Plus, and one a '775C', doubt that's the issue though.

Just suddenly started when i booted up PC today. Instaling newest Gfx drivers now... Hope it helps... UPDATE: It didn't... still same old green-ness as before.

If a screenshot doesn't show it, then normally I'd look for a mechanical problem with the red connection on either the lead or dsub connector. Yours is probably the connector as you say you've swapped em over. The connector and or adapter is either not making good contact or the red channel on the card has problems. The digital output will more than likely be ok, if that helps?

Well, this is so odd. I've done a clean install of windows on a seperate partition and installed the latest Cats (6.11) and this gives no display green-ness corruption. I'd have thought a simple driver uninstall then reinstall would have fixed the issue, seeing as clean installs work. ACk

UPDATE: Uninstalled, cleaned thoroughly, now it works fine... Way to waste an evening trying to solve a software problem :(
