The drivers from the Nvidia site will be the best to use as they're more up to date.
MSI AfterBurner is more popular to use for overclocking, so I would give it a go. It will work with any card: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm

install the nvidia drivers as normal.
Do you mean asus gpu tweak? If so it's just a program that you install separately.
Or you can use msi afterburner, evga precision etcetc
