Graphics card error? Help please.

Hello, every so often in games this time L4D the game will freeze then go blurry with lines then crash with the following blue error appearing on screen.

I have ran

Memtest 86 comes back fine

Prime 95 stable (CPU @ stock) with good temps with max 41 all fans on low

Furmark that also ran fine with Max temp 80 with fan at automatic

Thanks, i really hope an RMA not needed as my ram is also in the process.

P.S sorry about the more quality of top pic, the screen is only on for a few seconds.

Looks like a driver issue to me,Drop back a version.

Try reseating the card to and make sure the cooling fan on the card is working ok.
 
Could you send me the link to older versions please?

This mean i have to add remove programmes catalsyt. Start safe mode, driver sweeper reboot download older version


How come it only happens every so often?
