Best value card currently between 100 and 150? Just for games at a maximum of 1920x1080.

Radeon 5850 is a very nice card for the price.

Ah cool, what power supply would you recommend? Everybody seems to have different opinions.

In this specific price range I would go for the HD 6870 over the 5850 since it is a bit faster and is slightly newer tech (here is a comparison).
However, if you possibly can I would up the budget slightly and go for a HD 6950 1GB. Here is how this card compares to the slightly cheaper HD 6870.
As for the PSU, it really depends what card you settle on and whether you plan on running a second card in the future. The quality brands that are generally safe bets are: corsair, antec, seasonic, enermax and XFX.
