Out of those the HD 6850 is the fastest for sure.

However, if you are going to spend £110 then I would strongly suggest looking at a GTX 460 1GB like this nice one from EVGA.

6850 for sure, it will definitely last a while where as the others are like a Stand in card until you have more money but with the 6850 you will be able to run games well and you can throw another one in at a later date for crossfire hope this helped
