A 4670 is better than a 8800gt, go for the 4670.

No it isn't - unless you mean the 8800GT 256MB...but you'd be insane to buy that.
how about a GeForce 9500 GT core running at 550MHz
1024MB DDR2 Memory running at 666MHz

Presuming you didn't want the faff of purchasing 2nd-hand, I guess it's not too bad a choice.
Absolutely dont bother with the 1024mb on that card fella. Its only got a 128bit memory bus and the card is nowhere near fast enough to utilise it, 512mb variant will be fine.
