graphics card for dell optiplex 745

i've got an old dell optiplex 745 SSF pc and it's freezing up when i'm watching video so i'm think of adding a graphics card it needs to be half height the the power supply is only 275w.
any idea what i could use, i know it's an old pc but i only use it for surfing and watching the odd movie.
the specs of the pc are:
Pentium Dual Core E2140 @ 1.6 GHz
RAM: 1GB
pci express 16x

I have a 5450 in my wifes 755 and it works perfect. I think it's also a 275w PSU.

This is the one, it comes with a low profile bracket as well.
