Graphics card for HTPC

Hi guys,

My current HTPC build uses an AMD Athlon X2 250 CPU and an 880G motherboard with onboard graphics. I mainly use XBMC to watch stuff and I've noticed that sometimes that while playing some HD films/shows, video playback seems slightly slower than it should be.

I'm thinking of getting a relatively low end graphics card and if I do get a graphics card I'll probably want to do some light gaming on there from time to time (but nothing hardcore as I've already got a GTX470 in my main rig). I've kinda narrowed it down to either a HD6450 or a GT 430. Which do you think is the better buy? Or do you have any other suggestions or experience with these?

I'm trying to future proof it (as much as possible) so things like 3d blu-ray acceleration may sway me in a certain direction.

Thanks
