Graphics card for office system

Built my dad an office system. Had my old 9800gtx lying about so I used that but of course it's total overkill. Thinking I may as well sell it on members market and pick up something more suitable. What's going to be the cheapest card I will get on members market that will do the job well? The system is:

e5200 dual core (stock)
4gb ram (might take out 2gb)
Win 7 pro

Will basically anything newish be ok though? Should I just see whats the cheapest thing I can get?

I'd try and find a passive heatsinked GPU, those tiny little fans like on the GPU mentioned above can eventually make a right racket after a bit of use.

Something like this would be more than adequate, just a shame it's out of stock.
