I need graphics card under £100 to play fairly undemanding games, mainly Team Fortress 2. The quieter the better, I hate loud fans on graphics cards. Any suggestions?

I still haven't got round to buying a card, but will do so today. Some people have said that the Radeons are better performance for the money, is that true? Have the recommendations in this thread changed since I posted? Still want to spend around £100 and will entertain a AMD or Nvidia chip.
