My tv stopped picking up anything frim my comp. Turned it off and left it be thinking it was just some kind of error. Came back couple of hours later and switched on, still not working. Took a peek inside, my 5770 had water on it!

Above the 5770 is a h50. One of the corners of the rad bit was dripping. Took the h50 out of the case and switched comp on. H50 not making any noise, and no water is dripping out.

There are three drops of water above the h50 on the roof of the case (mesh roof). Hoping this water came out of the h50 and flew up because of the fan at the top of my case. Otherwise, that would mean the water came from outside the case :S

Comp is behind desk in my room, so no drinks.go near it. And there's nothing coming from the ceiling in my room, so I'm pretty sure it's from the h50. Can't think of anything that could be down to me, but i'm still worried that corsair wil say its my fault.

Gonna send email to corsair about it. Don't have original box or reciept. Got it frm ocuk bout 7 months ago. Will it be under warranty? Can ocuk vouch that i bought it from them? If corsair find it faulty, will they send me a replacement? And what about my 5770, would they replace that too?

Typing on phone now, hate it lol. Hopefully this'll get sorted. I'm jobless and can't afford any new parts at all :(

Just checjed my second 5770 (i have two for xfire) and that has a little water too. Taken h50 off alltogether, so can't test the second 5770 at all. Theres a few drops on top of psu (bottom mounted), but the psu fan is facing the floor, so none has gone thru. Gonna upload pics of both gfx cards if i can.

Well firstly id take corsair to a small claims court over a ****ty product.

Then id put your graphics cards in a small room with a de-humidifying machine to dry them out... If they havent already blown then they should work. A complete unit like the h50 should not leak.

OR,

if the 5770 or both are damaged and the H50 is also damaged, contact corsair customer support and explain the situation. There is one person whose H50 leaked and killed some of his components and Corsair replaced them all free of charge.

Got a better look at the h50 now that its totally out the case. Two small areas with water. Took pictures on phone but since i dropped my phone a while ago, my screen has had a trabsparent blue over my screen, and i can't tell how good the quality is of the pics. Nor can i upload my pics via my phone. Usually i bluetooth pics to my netbook, then upload to photoshop, but i left my netbook over someone elses house i think lol.

Almost positive the h50 is the culprit. What are the chances of a replacement for the h50 and my graphics card (or card depending if both are damaged) being replaced for free?

I have an oven and thats pretty much it lol. Oh and an electric radiator. Im guessing these wont dry the cards off without frying them? :p

I would get in contact with corsair for sure , they have an excellent warranty service and if it was the H 50 that damaged your cards i'd say they will replace those for you to .

No they are not buddy. I do remember quite a few people had coolit versions that leaked/broke, coolit dolmio or something like that?

Coolit domino ALC is what i was thinking of. I believe i remember some of them breaking, though i could be wrong. I'd assume if it was true, coolit would've solved whatever problem it was in future products.
