graphics card holding rig back

so i have an ailing GTX 275 and its holding back the rest of my recently upgraded Rig. looking to stay with Nvidia and spend around 3-400.

no not overclocked and temps are about 50-55 underload

I'm not one those people who always say wait for this and that, as you can be waiting forever, but you really have to wait right now, new NV cards on the 23rd will shake things up.
