I have an 8800GTS 320MB, All of a sudden, Battlefield 2 has a few issues.
The problem seems not to be there in other games such as FSX, Far Cry etc, just BF2 apparently.
Namely, the weird dark shapes that you see in the images below.
I've tried numerous driver re-installs and a complete re-install of Windows (XP) to no avail.
Any ideas?

ASrock 4CoreDual SATA2 Mobo
8800GTS 320MB
2GB DDR2
4 Hard Drives
and some other bits & bobs.

I Have disabled gamma corect aa and and all the other enhancements from the nvidia control panel, deleted the bf2 cache files from my documents/Battlefeild2/mods/bf2/cache folder (as found during a Google)
Problem persists.
Overheating perhaps?
