Graphics card issue

I am having a problem with my computer freezing up or turning itself off like the power has been pulled out but only when gaming. After a lot of testing I think I have pinpointed it to being the memory on my graphics card.

What I need to know is if the testing that I have done is substantial enough and if it's enough to get the Graphics Card replaced. The problem is very intermittent and my worry is that someone could get the graphics card and then test it as ok, as sometimes when gaming it can still take hours to crash.

I have ruled out temperature as my card never gets any hotter than 75 degrees even under high load.
I can stress test the card and it will run fine for a while but also can then crash my pc like when I am gaming. This is the only way in which I have been able to replicate the issue while not having a game running.
The program I used to test the memory is called "Video Memory Stress Test v1.7.116". It came back with 513 errors on completion although I have no idea if they are an additional issue or the root of my crashes.

Is that enough to get my card replaced without risking the card potentially having a good day when being tested and coming back as 'no fault found'?

Oh and in case it is relevant my card is a GeForce GTX 560 Ti

Thanks in advance

I would try another PSU if you have another or access to one. I had the same thing happening and eventually it was doing it on desktop with just browsing the internet.

It's not the PSU, I have tested it and all voltages are fine. Plus 80% of my crashes are computer lock ups and not blackouts.

I just need to know if the gfx card memory errors I found are enough evidence to get the card replaced without the hassle of it potentially testing OK when I send it back.
