Graphics Card not being detected

Hey there. I recently deleted my old drivers for my Nvidia GeForce GTX 460 which was working fine before, apart from some driver issues with Rage (which is why I was deleting them as a friend said that fixed Rage for him) and now my computer won't detect my graphics card. It doesn't show up on the control panel device manager, the driver installer says it can't proceed as there is no compatible hardware as does the CD-ROM that came with it to install the drivers initially. I also no longer have an Nvidia control panel, and when I attempt to access GPU related information via EXPERTool, it gives an error message saying "Please reinstall/update the display driver and program". Any help?

EDIT: Sorry, noob mistake, restarted and it found it again :L
