Right so a bit of back-story, one of the blades on my graphics card fan snapped off, tried to get it replaced but due to it being physical damage OcUK wouldn't cover it under warrenty (fair enough I thought) they recommended trying the manufacturer (POV) who gave me the address in Germany to ship the card to for testing, emailed them back asking if I would defintely get a replacement, however they couldn't guarantee it. So I decided to cut my losses and just buy an aftermarket cooler (Arctic Cooling Accelero Twin Turbo II) as it worked out cheaper than shipping to Germany.

Fitted the cooler and allowed the time stated in the instructions for the glue to go off, re-installed the card and booted up, no display. Tried the other DVI port and again no display.

Tried the card in another rig again no display. Tried the onboard VGA had a display, so I know the monitor is working, so I tried the onboard VGA with the card installed onboard still worked leading me to believe that the card isn't being picked up at all, although the fans are spinning etc.
Not sure if I am getting any error beeps as I don't have a motherboard/case speaker unfortunately.

Card is a POV-TGT GTX 560Ti Ultraclocked on a Gigabyte Z77-D3H MB running bios version F18.

Basically have I bricked the card?
