hi guys wonder if you can answer me a question please lol

got a graphics card on me lappy which is fine for my needs and plays the games i want quite good ie metro, bioshock infinite, blops 2 and battlefield all play fine on medium/high

now this is on my laptop monitor which is a full hd screen 1920x1080

my laptop also has hdmi out so if i connected it to my 42inch lg led tv which also has a res of 1920x1080 would the gfx card still use just the same power or would i have to drop the settings on the card with it being a much larger screen

always wondered this lol :D

It'd be using the same power for both of them as the card is rendering the exact same amount of pixels (assuming the screens have the same refresh rate). The physical size of the pixels doesn't affect the card.
