Graphics card Probelm?

hi new to the forum so please say if this is in the wrong place....

i have this problem with my graphics card i think but not sure all drivers have been updated and bios to the latest.

the graphics card says around 30-35 degrease when idle or watching YouTube as my system stays around 30-40 when idle

system:
i5 3570k overclocked to 4.2ghz
msi mpower motherboard
8gb Kingston hyperbeast ram
h100i
gigabyte 7950 oc
HX650 psu

Pretty much 100% the GPU that, do you have your own overclock enabled is it that factory overclock?

Can you use your onboard video to just make sure? (Should just need to remove your graphics card and it will kick in)

I'm pretty confident it's the graphics card at fault.

yeh can run on the on board graphics sweet. Also when was playing bio3 and sleeping dog's the audio cracked up on me if this a gpu problem would you say to return the product or can it be fix. ?

Return it for a replacement, assuming you've purchased it from OcUK post in the Customer Services section - 5UB or similar will look after you

Do you have another PSU to test your PC?
Try to plug the power in another socket in your house, not in the same room. one friend had this problem and was some kind of interference on his power line.

I admit I got it wrong, hence asking to try with onboard to confirm. As stated above I'd be running a Memtest86+ on the RAM given it's shared with the onboard GPU.
