Graphics card problem...too much?

my graphics card seems to have be having a weird problem. when i run pcmark05, after about 2 minutes, the ati control center will pop up saying it had to reset the graphics card or something because it wasnt responding to drivers anymore

i have never had these problems before, granted the computer is only about a month old, its only just started happening recently

im thinking maybe im pumping too much voltage to the card and its had some pretty negative effects on it?

these are my bios settings, is it too much? or does the problem lie elsewhere?

its using a multiplier of 9, ram timings 4-4-4-12

its not overclocked, not yet anyway

and it happens in 3dmark too. it doesnt happen all the time, but when it does, it stops the tests and pops up a window saying its not responding to control drivers anymore

the worst thing about it is it happens at random times so i cant tell what the problem is

well the drivers have never been a problem until recently

im thinking it may be something to do with ram timings. is it possible that lowering the ram timing could cause a problem like this?

well ive lowered the SB and ICH voltages, even lowered the FSB, still gives me the error randomly

could it have anything to do with ATI tool? im using that to control the fan and clock speed, so if the video card is listening to that, then is it possible that its not responding to the drivers?
